Regarding the june gathering:

Will you be free on THIS FRIDAY, 19th JUNE, LATE LATE NOON like 4 or 5 o'clock?
Or are you free THIS SATURDAY, 20th JUNE, LATE NOON like 3 o'clock?

If its really very little people who can make it, i don't mind letting you all crash my house. and food will prbably be some order in thing like pizza haha. but i warn you my house is like eewen's house! except with additional table soccer and pool table.

HEY all!

I really think we should have a year end gathering (: considering we didnt meet up during teachers day and the last time was in june.

need gossip sessions again? no im joking.

Its the year end so everyone is quite free i hope? except for camps and holiday i think we are all quite free.

So right now there are a few options:
1. Ee wen is thinking about something on her birthday. Its not confirmed yet, but she is thinking about inviting us for her birthday. so it'll kinda double as her celebration and our gathering. Not confirmed yet!!

2. If ee wen isn't going to do that, we have to think of a place again. Chalet are a bit out of the question because there are only 15 of us sharing the cost, and parents will NEVER be comfortable with the idea of overnight sleeping. Plus chalets are nearly all fully booked. We can try barbeque at some park or whatever, but the last bbq was a little bit screwed too.. Not saying we can't try again thought... Ah crap any ideas?

Btw I think (THINK) Ms Koh is in Singapore right now so we can invite her to drop by!

Long time since I last posted here. and the blog's been complaining how only a few of us have been visiting, so those who read this try to spread to all the others by SMS, MSN, calls, letters etc. (=

Erm details for the gathering. yep.

Date: 5th or 6th June (Depending on which day can accomodate more people)
Time: 11am to about 630pm? (We want to have lunch together and dont end too late cos its dark)
Venue: East Coast Parkway
(Carpark C2, Near Marine Cove, I think)
Things to bring: something to entertain. e.g cards. (alot) or whatever is fun,
change of clothes if you're scared you get sweaty playing,
money for lunch,
money for whatever you guys wan (bowling/cycling)
Food: Probably grab something off one of the food joints.

Anyway just wanted to say that uh, those people who went back to taonan on cny had lots of fun! I think. Well I had fun. For once the girls and guys actually interacted normally. Or at least more normally than usual! HAHA YAY :D

Hello hello!

Apparently there's a lot of confusion (well, for me anyway) about the coming gathering. And a lot of people can't (or is it can, i'm confused!?!!?) make it. I think.

So right now Germ has already booked the function room and she doesn't need to pay for it at all. She only needed to pay a deposit which she will get back as long as J_____ or, to be fair, anyone else, doesn't crash through the walls or break anything.

Oh yes. Germ booked her function room on the 9th of November, Friday from 4pm to 10pm. According to someone (joseph is it?) her exam marking days are from the 7th to 9th of November and since the 9th is a Friday, we were thinking maybe it would be better because people can afford to stay longer.

Um for my school the holidays start on the 2nd of November and my CCA is very flexible (hahahahaha sucks to you) so i can easily arrange everything to free up that day. But I don't know about you guys and the tagboard is making me all confused so if you have any objections to the date and time that are good enough reasons to make Germ go down and change the booking all over again, please please please leave it in the tagboard. sorry for the trouble but i'm really really really really confused and so help me out please please. Please?

6I'05 Class Gathering cum Miss Koh's Retirement Party

Venue: Lishan's house. 66 Bayshore Road, Bayshore Park, 56 Dolphina Clubhouse (Function Room)

Time: 3.00 pm - 10.00 pm. (You can come and leave at any time, but I'm sure you'd want to stay for dinner.)

Bring: Money ($10-$15) for food, and extra clothes in the event of water activities.

Transport: Take buses 10, 13 or 14 to Bus Stop Number 94029 then walk in quite a distance. There will only be ONE 'shuttle' to the condominium from the bus stop, at around 3.30 pm. If you can't make it in time, you will have to make your way to her house yourself.

cos germ's providing us with the space, but she has church camp from the 8th onwards.

if i'm not wrong the gathering will be starting earlier than usual, and end earlier than usual too at around 10 (i think before) cos the function rom can only be booked till 10, then we go home.

this is an update on whatever huiying said earlier.

um i asked around a bit, like about half the class? those that reply smses and use msn, that is.

apparently the dates 7 8 or 9 are quite popular. (:

but you see 7 is an awkward date, like right in the middle of the week, saturday is a family day (according to eewen who doesn't usually make sense). BUT when i asked people who were online i forgot to mention the 8th, too. so now i am asking YOU. 8th is a friday btw.

oh oh and one more thing. germ said we can use her place for the gathering! her condo is the super nice one with the cool playground and fountain and pool function and (i think) enough space to play. but in case anything should happen to her house, like if there's an earthquake or tsunami or whatever (touch wood :D) we can always go to trevor's bungalow. and if trevor's bungalow is down too, there is always lishan's condo too. :D

I know I haven't been here for quite a while.

And this blog is kind of dead. Hmm.

Anyway. I hope you guys can help me pass the message or whatever.

Um, I think most of you guys know about Miss Koh retiring soon. And I was wondering if we could have another class gathering, which could also be like a farewell party for Miss Koh. Probably in the June Holidays are somewhere in Term Two cos we're almost done with the March Holidays and I think everyone is kind of busy anyway.

I know there might have been disagreements. And there is quite a lot going on in the tagboard and stuff. And I know last year's EOY class gathering might not have been enjoyable to plan. Cos we were all fighting over the timing and stuff. I would just like to say sorry to Lishan or Joseph or whoever was planning that class gathering last year. I shouldn't have been so defensive or whatever I was. So, yeah.

And I was thinking maybe we should all pool our ideas one day and have this really big farewell party for Miss Koh. Maybe everyone who wants to plan this could meet up one day and plan this together as a whole class. Cos so far all the class gatherings have been kind of last-minute and about the same. Maybe we should make this coming one a bit more special since we're doing it for Miss Koh and all.

Apparently there has been A LOT of dispute over the date of the class gathering. and maybe we could try not snapping at each other (whoops i'm guilty of that TOO) cos it doesn't seem nice. In the first place, it ISN'T nice. So relax yeah?

And I was super tempted to start replying all the tags in the tagboard cos I have a lot to say (?!) I don't know. But then if I start replying all the tags I feel I need to reply I would spam. really really spam.

joseph: The 2nd is obviously available. We SHOULD be ready for school long before the 2nd. And even if there is school the next day, we can always have the gathering early and end it early, like after dinner or whatever and then we're totally FINE. and if people want to sleep at 9pm they can, too. And to the people who think planning is so easy: Don't make the gathering sound as if it's so easy to plan. We need to settle location, food, timing, and the relaying of the information. I know the location's all done, but the food isn't just potluck. The last round we had potluck it was a mess. If we have it now it'll be a mess too. We need to like make sure everyone doesn't bring the same thing? And stop them if they are and whatever. And we need to like CALL EVERY SINGLE PERSON cos not everyone has handphones and not everyone checks the blog. so it's like, most of the time me and huiying have to call everyone? So kindly spare us some thought. It isn't as easy as it seems so. i'd appreciate it if you stop claiming how easy it is. thanks!

Ok. I'm recovering from illness and yet I'm here posting about the class gathering. You guys are going to have so please be grateful.

Since LISHAN has kindly volunteered her condo, I think we will have the class gathering on 2nd of Jan? Cos that's what Cherie and I discussed. I'm just doing this as, like, a desperate measure of confirmation cos I'm going to NZ already on Friday.

If you guys do change the date then email me to tell me. I'll read it when I get back to my cousin's house on the last week of December.

And considering the state I am in, sick and about to fly but not yet packed, I'll just have trouble you guys to help me call the class? I'd be forever grateful. Can we ask the guys to call the guys? EOY Class Gathering.

Ok. Some people are asking again so here I am. From what I know, there are loads of people away during Christmas this year or in early December. So we'll have to have a New Year's class gathering.

There will be 3 dates:

31st December. Which I don't think a lot of you guys will be free. Cos everyone is having countdown parties. If you are then we can have one of our own. =) [Germ's birthday.]

2nd Jan '07.

school's almost out. school's almost out. for me anyway. AHHHH. it has been ONE WHOLE YEAR since we went our seperate ways. INCREDIBLY FAST RIGHT. (: :(

so here's what's coming up:

4th november (saturday) TAONAN 100TH ANNIVERSARY! THERE'S A CARNIVAL, in case you didnt already know.

17th november (friday) TAONAN P6 GRAD!!! i don't know about you lah, but i'm going back to witness it all over again, and get some prize, with tiffany. (:

hmmmmmm. so, according to the tagboard over there, ---->
a lot of people cannot make it to the carnival. shi tian has cca sec4 farewells, joseph has some parade and badge-giving thing, yunita has open-house, hiokyang is held up by his teacher, siqi isnt back yet, etc etc. HOW. that means we cant have a gathering then, cos a lot of people can't come. and besides, it'll be a bit hard too, cos the place will be kinda crowded. so. AHHH, carnival day is out. right lu?

so we're left with christmas and new year, BUT then i think for christmas a lot of poeple are either away on hols or tied up with their own family christmas celebrations.

Dear 6I'ers:
Due to some cock-ups here and there, the T-shirts are unable to be sold. To all those who placed orders, im sorry, but they are out of stock(there weren't any orders anyway -_-") nvm. And anyway, the T-shirts are rather basic (they're basically the TNS PE T-shirt with the 100 anniversary thing behind) so im sure none of you would buy them anyway(are they seriously that popular?).

Some things to say.

1)4th of November. Im sure most of you know what that day is. For those of you who have forgotten, its basically the TNS 100 anniversary carnival. And im sure that many people have bought the coupons.
But there are T-shirts specially for the 100 year anniversary thing too. It would be good to buy some of the T-shirts so it can remind us about the times we all had in 6I. Please don't take it as im forcing you to buy the T-shirts, just encouraging you to. If you want the T-shirts, please state your name, T-shirt size and address on the tagboard or email me at trevortan_hy@hotmail.com and I will try to get the T-shirts for you guys (or gals)
ASAP and give them to you at the next class gathering (ok, I know that I havent been going to the past few gatherings but I promise ill go for this one). If you want more coupons, you can also ask me for them.

2)Blog music. This post is directed to jos and hiok. The music is a bit off-especially beacuse you live by jesse mccartney. Hopefully we can change it a bit.

3)Blog. Only about 1/3 of the class post regularly and keep in touch. Try to get other people to view this blog regularly so they know what's going on-class gatherings or what.

Ok. So can we like base it on the OFFICIAL rules. Like 8 on each team. Even though it's not really fair. The guys are getting so tall. =( But in any case, here are the rules.

Form a group of 8 (within the class)
Make sure you guys have reserves. Cos during Teachers' Day so many injuries.
Girls won't miss the match larh, I think. We are more trustable. =)

Actually only one rule larh -.-. So. And since no guy actually comes on to the blog, can like Hiokyang and Jos pass the message? Hopefully all the taller guys can't come. =)

And as for the timing, it's up to you all. The guys and girls leaders you all choose larh. When you tag your votes, please put VOTE then the leader's name. Then we shall see how. WILL FOLLOW UP ON THIS POST.

And please TAG what time you guys are more convenient. Tag TIME followed by the time you want. Haha. Sounds like Singapore Idol voting system -.-

TEACHERS DAY IS THE NICEST DAY EVER.

cos practically the whole class turned-up.

EH WHY SO MANY PEOPLE GO PARKWAY! SHOULD HAVE STAYED! WAY MORE FUN HERE LOR! really!

played captainball girls VS guys and i cant rmb who won. cos in the middle of the game the guys started doing queer things LIKE standing in a line and running around to continue the line to pass the ball?! and we went on strike cos they were cheating. but yes i have to admit, it WAS kinda funny. especially when zhongyun fell off the captain's chair four times in a row just trying to catch the ball. and some other quite embarrassing stuff that kenmin did to himself, i will not mention. go figure. or ask him yourself.

OH AND THANKS JADEY FOR LENDING US THE BASKETBALL! (:

we left taonan at like 4.15 leh. spent practically the entire day there. but i loved it.

And after the thing we were thinking of having lunch together. Like a class thing. So if you people wanna eat in the canteen that's fine cos TNS is full school day anyway. But if you all wanna eat at Parkway or somewhere else it's OK also. Just let us know ok.

And P.S: Guys if you wanna play soccer please bring your own ball. We won't take anymore of your whining. AND EVERYONE BRING PHONES OK.

ok. as you can see on the tagboard, there's a plan for our teachers' day video.

SO... the thing is, our main feature in this video is that we're pranking teachers. we already decided on 3 teachers (i bet you already know who) and each teacher has a special prank for them, tailor-made, made to fit their personality and reaction.

and we need volunteers! actors who are willing to make all of this a success. people who are quick-thinking to cover up mistakes. brave ones who dare to risk being scolded.

here the list of people we need (gosh this sounds like a job interview) :

a girl who really doesn't mind humiliation. FOR A GOOD CAUSE. it's a sacrifice for the class!
a girl who is extremely poker-faced, plain, neutral and boring. must be someone who doesn't laugh easily.
a guy who doesn't mind humiliation. again, it's for a good cause. this person will make a BIG difference.
AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. preferably the entire class. BRING YOUR HANDPHONES!

this is an update. on what happened at our last gathering.

for one thing, it was an allgirl thing. cos no guys wanted to come. and those who wanted to come, thanks for being nice people, but in the end only TWO guys wanted to come so they would obviously be bored to death. so we told them not to come.

taaadaaaa.

and btw MISS KOH CAME! yay yay yay yay yay! and because we were watching HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL when she came, she thought that thats what we do normally at gatherings. but she was wroooooong. cos she came at the wrong time, after she left half of us ran down to the playground to play (:

anyway we were like playing playing in the playground. and me and xy were hogging the seesaw. it was so fun lah please. like super duper fun. up and down and up and down and up and down. and ee wen kindly filmed us. and huiying and jade were hogging the swings, they later gave up their hogging of the swings to go back to the house to hog the food instead (: and rice and eewen were playing with the basketball. (:

whoa so fun. and we were being somewhat crappy. but it doesnt matter cos it was fun! (:

then later we had food. nice food. pizza sushi chocolate cake etc etc. is that nice of is that nice huh. (:

and we were playing monkey next to this house with a dog. and everytime the ball was going to drop into the drain we would shout "ahhh. drain drain!" then that dog would look up. so we named it DRAIN. we seem to name sth every gathering. first xiaoqiang then drain. WAHAHAHAHA (:

while half of us were at the playground i have no idea what happened to the other half. yeah. ask them. not me.

i think thats all. OH YEAH i almost forgot. i think the class gatherings are WAY too often. so much so that parents are getting pissed off and people are getting sick and tired. so next time, we wil have to make the gatherings more spaced out, not every month. yeah. cos i think almost everyone will agree that the class gatherings are really too much already. as in really seriously totally too much.

just here to put a short notice. and wish some of our fellow classmates happy bdays...

ok first. there will be another class gathering on the 12 of august. for those who missed the earlier one. is alright if u dont go but pls try to make time. this is a bday party and a class gathering to celebrate Lishan's birthday. details are as follows:

Venue:at Bayshore park condominuim(the BBQ pit at the clubhouse)
Time: 5pm, 12 august, to anytime u wan. no sleepover.

there will be no soccer ball, basketball provided. there will be a table tennis court there and an arcade. but note that for the arcade, u must bring ur own money to play. if u wan to come earlier to play u are always welcomed to do so.

Recap of Previous Gatherings

November 12, 2005 - Class ChaletYesterday, I went to East Coast Park's Costa Sands Resort to attend our class chalet. I had a great time there, as did most of my friends who stayed after 8pm, for it was then when the real games started. After a fun-filled day at school making hampers for our CIP (Community Involvement Project), we each made our way to the chalet, by hitching a ride on our friend's parent's cars. In that way, everyone would be accounted for as we would be travelling in groups. I shared a car with Marcus, Xiu Quan, and Sheng Hong. We were about the 2nd group of car pools to reach the chalet. Marcus had brought his soccer ball along, so we played at the field. Unforunately, there was a wet puddle in the grass and Sheng Hong slipped and fell and I think he hurt his wrist. We decided not to play at that area any more, and brought Sheng Hong back to the chalet, which was tiny. The room was no larger than a standard room that you or I sleep in. The toilet was terrible, as the flush was spoilt and the smell was disgusting. Therefore, those who had wanted to stay over before, decided not to do so, as the room was dirty as the girls left their bags up stairs and their slippers had gathered some sand during the game. Now after Sheng Hong was better, he sat down while Xiu Quan, Zi Tao, Isaac and myself played soccer. There for a big joke, at least for me, as the ball got kicked into the tree by Zi Tao. The ball was nicely stuck there and we tried throwing sticks and everything we could to get it. In the end, Marcus had to climb up and prod the ball down with a stick. Zi Tao was pretty repentant, so Marcus just brusquely scolded him. After more car pools arrived, we started playing soccer again, and the SAME THING happened when Ting Wei kicked Marcus's ball up into yet another tree, only on a much higher branch that was about 3 stories high. In the end, we had to use Beatrice's ball, kick it up into the tree to 'rescue' the ball. Meanwhile, most of the girls rented bicycles and went biking. We played soccer, Captain's ball and something called Dog and Bone with water bombs ( I got soaked) in the afternoon, watched by Miss Theng, our Science teacher. Most of us went barefoot, so we made sure to clear the ground of all sorts of sharp objects. After that, we went to have dinner, which was kindly provided by Ting Wei's parents, while we listened to an assortment of songs on the radio. However, Trevor and I were dismayed when we were not allowed to play RISK upstairs as some people could be staying over. However, we still sneaked upstairs to play as I heard that no one would be staying over at night. After a great dinner, we drank lots of soft drinks, but in the end we still had 3 out of 15 bottles of 1.5 litre drinks left. We played TRUTH OR DARE, where I ate a lemon while Steffi ate 5 otahs, Ee Wen did a chicken dance and Zi Tao drank Tonic Water which was something that was revolting, but which I surprisingly enjoyed. After that, most of the people had to leave at 8pm, which was where Hiok Yang and his car pool left. With less people, we played card games instead outside, while Cherie, Ting Wei and I took turns in fanning the players as the room, with a lousy air conditioner, was stuffy and there was barely any breeze while we were not playing. Then, the people next door started barbequeing their food and Jordan and I had to resort to fanning the smoke away, as the irritating guy kept fanning the smoke towards us when he could have fanned it the other side, towards the empty chalet room. We could not keep the smoke at bay for long, so we decided to play 'Monkey' as a class. It was a great game, while we waited for our parents to come and get us. I stayed until 9.30pm, which was when everyone left one by one. If I am correct, I think Beatrice and Hui Ying were the latest to leave. In conclusion, it was a great day spent there, as a class. We are graduating in 1 week, and I will treasure the one week I have left with my friends greatly.

~~Gathering at Germ's House Unblogged~~

April 12 2006- Chuo Li's House.Ello, back to post again... Been busy trying to improve the Class blog, but the thing doesnt seem to work after Hiok Yang changed something. Now the music has disappeared... -.= Anyway we had our class gathering (w00t) at Chuo Li's house, which I must say, with all due respect had too many mosquitoes that it could handle. Most people went home with their fair share of mosquito bites. Anyway seeing everyone after so long was a great thing for me. I really miss TNS so much, especially with a class of CANNOT-BE-BOTHERED people from a CANNOT-BE-BOTHERED-ABOUT-PRIMARY-SCHOOL-PEOPLE-AND-WE-ARE-NOW-FREE school... Well, the day started pretty badly, considering that it rained, and worse when we were 'chased' out of the house after we made noise. In my opinion, we weren't that noisy at all.( Come to my class) After a game of Captains Ball and after everyone was reminiscing old days and excahnging phone numbers, we were finally 'welcomed' back into the house to have dinner. Before that, we were upsetting the residents at the Siglap park because we kicked the ball too high, and some of the girls ( you know who you are ) went to go and touch the dogs again -.= Same thing happened during PFT in 2005.It was KFC and Canadian 241 pizza for dinner, which most of us enjoyed. One interesting thing to note that next to the Table Tennis table, there was a wall because the table was outside. There was a cockroach there, who comically only moved one feeler and one leg. We decided to call it Xiao Qiang and the thing was that it stayed there throughout the whole gathering. It did not crawl off the wall and start chasing people around. After dinner, some people hoarded the Table Tennis table, while others went to play card games or just sit around and chat. There were others who went to the computer room to surf for S.H.E and Jay Chou songs and other interesting flash animations. I was really just walking around aimlessly, very bored, until Hiok Yang came to me and said something about my bag, something about it being in a room, but I knew that it was some kind of trap because he was not being himself (See, this is how well we know each other). I knew was going to happen. THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE ME SING UNTITLED -.= in case all of you don't know what happened, Hui Ying had failed in trying to get me to sing to the class the last gathering. Anyway after walking around aimlessly for another 20 minutes, I decided that I would just sastify the small audience in the room la. Because if I don't, I will probably get bombareded the next gathering anyway. So after a few gulps of air, I started singing while Hui Ying played the piano. I can't really remember who was in the room, because I was closing my eyes to try to see the lyrics in my mind. Anyway, I must say I did quite well la, and got the ENCORE and bla bla bla stuff to try to make me sing again...So while I was starting haflway, people tried to barge into the room by banging the door and making a lot of noise...Therefore I obviously stopped singing and held the door. Then there was quite a crowd outside, but I decided that my 'concert' should be only be heard by the select few who had waited the whole gathering for this o.0 Although some people said that I could be heard from the next room, I suspect that it was just a ploy to get into the room. Anyway, there were too many disruptions and then Hui Ying disappeared so there was no more concert...The rest of the gathering was spent either playing TAITI, which I played only 1 match due to a Table Tennis Match with Cherie, singing chinese songs with lyrics from the internet (spent some time here...) or just slacking around and seeing people leave. Well, the more interesting part was the Table Tennis, where Beatrice was standing near Xiao Qiang, but as she was standing near the wall, she thought we called the wall Xiao Qiang. In case you didn't know, 'Qiang' is mandarin for 'wall'. Then I decided to tell her and she screamed as though she had been bitten by a cobra. However I think it was either our bats swinging around or that the mosquitoes had gone to sleep, for I did not see any more mosquitoes (w00t). Well, I guess that's all there is to say, unless you guys got any more to add, tell me.

June 12 2006 - Parbury

this will be quite DETAILED so brace yourself for some details! heehee okay thats lame. but whatever.

yesterday was class gathering! and it was fun lah! fun! fun! fun! to those who missed it: SORRY TO SAY, YOU MISSED OUT ON A LOT OF FUN.

anyway we arrived there THEN we found that everyone who could get a ball were there already. without a ball. so we had no ball. which is very sad. when i arrived at 4.30 we just walked around and then i said 'can i just put my bag down first?' and then rice(beatrice) pointed and said the bbq pit was there but then everyone seemed to point somewhere else. and so jade and glennis kindly brought me one round around the ENTIRE condo and then returned to the same place. and suddenly xy and yong hwang popped out and passed me a HUGEEEEE card which had hapy birthday written on it. and when you turn it around its the same thing (: it was so nice lah! oh man thanks everybody!

okay i think i focused too much on that. sorry. and anyway after that we just sat around and then later hui ying and me started filming everybody. its for the 6i movie (: its a surprise so i cant let you people see it yet. yeah. then the guys somehow got hold of a tennis ball to play with. but jordan very intelligently threw it onto the roof. so no more ball. and then more and more people came and we stil couldnt get a ball. then we considered borrowing from some stranger who we thought was called daniel but by the time we made our decision he left already. so someone smartly suggested using a can to play with. and then suddenly someone from the 4th floor i think threw down two tennis balls for us to play with cos he said the can was dangerous. so kind! or maybe it was to prevent us from damaging his $544 glass window with stainless steel frames.

and at that time me and germ were trying to start a fire. then later we were so unsuccessful people like jade, ken min came to help. and btw the maid took like 10 minutes and 8 fire starters to start a very nice big strong fire. and we took 1 hour and 20 fire starters to get the fire going. and btw our fire was small and kept going out. but it was fun getting it to start lor! and we noticed that when the guys left the fire started. no offense ah. and on our cute little fire we cooked abt 8 satay sticks in one go. the maid's one could cook like everything at the same time. later i left to do more filming and then people like glennis glenda ee wen came to help germ and jade with the fire. and then the other people present were sitting around eating and talking while the group with joey ran off somewhere talking abt some anti christmas thing. and doing a drama thing. i dont really know.

then my mum bought this ice cream cake and we sang happy birthday to xy and me (: heehee yay. and so later one of the tennis balls the guy at the 4th floor threw down got into a drain and we couldnt get it out so we were left with one tennis ball. and we played captainball with it. and we couldnt see in the dark and the guys were winning BUT we didnt finish the game cos all of a sudden people started leaving. so we CANNOT conclude that the guys won (: and then i left. and then i dont know what happened after that. but i think very little happened already. cos it was late. like 10pm already.

so thats how much you missed out those-who-missed-it! hah. i think this post is very lou suo but nvm. its detailed (: so thats all. byebye!

Hi 6I! As you know, I will be coming back to Singapore on either 10 or 11 July, so I am going to be hosting a class gathering+my b'day! this will be quite DETAILED so brace yourself for some details! heehee okay thats lame. but whatever.

yesterday was class gathering! and it was fun lah! fun! fun! fun! to those who missed it: SORRY TO SAY, YOU MISSED OUT ON A LOT OF FUN.

anyway we arrived there THEN we found that everyone who could get a ball were there already. without a ball. so we had no ball. which is very sad. when i arrived at 4.30 we just walked around and then i said 'can i just put my bag down first?' and then rice(beatrice) pointed and said the bbq pit was there but then everyone seemed to point somewhere else. and so jade and glennis kindly brought me one round around the ENTIRE condo and then returned to the same place. and suddenly xy and yong hwang popped out and passed me a HUGEEEEE card which had hapy birthday written on it. and when you turn it around its the same thing (: it was so nice lah! oh man thanks everybody!

okay i think i focused too much on that. sorry. and anyway after that we just sat around and then later hui ying and me started filming everybody. its for the 6i movie (: its a surprise so i cant let you people see it yet. yeah. then the guys somehow got hold of a tennis ball to play with. but jordan very intelligently threw it onto the roof. so no more ball. and then more and more people came and we stil couldnt get a ball. then we considered borrowing from some stranger who we thought was called daniel but by the time we made our decision he left already. so someone smartly suggested using a can to play with. and then suddenly someone from the 4th floor i think threw down two tennis balls for us to play with cos he said the can was dangerous. so kind! or maybe it was to prevent us from damaging his $544 glass window with stainless steel frames.

and at that time me and germ were trying to start a fire. then later we were so unsuccessful people like jade, ken min came to help. and btw the maid took like 10 minutes and 8 fire starters to start a very nice big strong fire. and we took 1 hour and 20 fire starters to get the fire going. and btw our fire was small and kept going out. but it was fun getting it to start lor! and we noticed that when the guys left the fire started. no offense ah. and on our cute little fire we cooked abt 8 satay sticks in one go. the maid's one could cook like everything at the same time. later i left to do more filming and then people like glennis glenda ee wen came to help germ and jade with the fire. and then the other people present were sitting around eating and talking while the group with joey ran off somewhere talking abt some anti christmas thing. and doing a drama thing. i dont really know.

then my mum bought this ice cream cake and we sang happy birthday to xy and me (: heehee yay. and so later one of the tennis balls the guy at the 4th floor threw down got into a drain and we couldnt get it out so we were left with one tennis ball. and we played captainball with it. and we couldnt see in the dark and the guys were winning BUT we didnt finish the game cos all of a sudden people started leaving. so we CANNOT conclude that the guys won (: and then i left. and then i dont know what happened after that. but i think very little happened already. cos it was late. like 10pm already.

so thats how much you missed out those-who-missed-it! hah. i think this post is very lou suo but nvm. its detailed (:

hey its me huiying.

im here to hopefully liven up the blog with some news. for those you who don't read the tagboard (i don't know what you're doing) chen LAOSHI is coming to the gathering. so everyone must be very WELL-BEHAVED (yeah right).

the class gathering, for those who still don't know (again, i don't know what you're doing), the class gathering is on 12th of june at 3pm to 10pm. yeah. and the address is 28 parbury avenue, parbury hill condominium. i think it's gonna be at the bbq pit larh... erm. and parbury ave is actually a road in from upper east coast road. it's somewhere between chaichee secondary and temasek primary. so if you're driving along upper east coast and you see temasek right. obviously you missed it. and the bus services that go there are 10, 13, 14 and 853. please go in the pasir ris direction ok. they will stop on upper east coast larh. but further up from the bus stop you will see the road that leads in. yeah you have to walk in. so stop complaining.

and can everyone post what songs you want in the tagboard so we can burn them into disks and play music really loud on that day. ya. and whoever has cds please bring. if not it'll be abnormally quiet like at chuoli's house that day...

anyway class gathering is confirmed on 12th June. check your emails k. we sent an email to everyone who has email accounts. we called those who didnt have accounts. so everyone should know by now. but the email has a mistake.
the venue of the gathering will be at Parbury Condominium, near joey's house. that place is along PARBURY AVE not parbury road like we said in the email. so sorry. that's the mistake yeah. okay. thanks.

school's out at last! Oh man that means class gathering coming soon! Notice the exclamation marks! i sound so fake! but i am happy so DUH i am speaking with exclamation marks!

WE CAN'T COS THESE THINGS CANNOT HAPPEN ANYMORE SINCE WE ARE NO LONGER IN THE SAME SCHOOL IN THE SAME CLASS. so for goodness sake accept the reality okay. i know this IS very harsh and very rude and very mean. but the truth has always been harsh and rude and mean. that's why people lie. oh man this is becoming overly philosophical. sorry. but just accept the reality the facts okay?

Hmm, wonder if any of you notice that in ACS, public enemy number 1 is always the Chinese teachers, not mainly because their personalties are boring (some are), but because most of the pupils HATE Chinese. Now you all know HATE is a strong word, so when I say HATE i mean HATE. They don't even listen to Chinese songs, nice as they are... You ask them who is FIR or Zhang Dong Liang, they either give you a blank look or a 'dots' look. In my class if you talk in Mandarin to anyone except Jacky Kong Bang Kiat (Malaysian Scholar who talks so fast you can't hear what he's saying. P.S He is 1 metre tall, comparable to Emily Ong), you are very lame because English is the only language that is favoured. Being in ACS, it's so tiring and boring with everyone speaking in English, they don't even say the Chinese pledge as often. We say it like, what, 2 times a month? Compared to the Tamil Pledge every Monday and Malay Pledge on one day of the week. English is for the rest of the days. So you can see how much Chinese is hated by ACS. Although this is supposedly supposed to be comfortable for me, the pressure on my Chinese and other subjects in TNS, is what I really miss. Call me crazy. But without the peer pressure, I feel that after being in a pressure cooked in 5I, 6I under the tutelage of Miss Koh, now being too relaxed makes me feel somewhat uncomfortable.

OK, here's some beliefs of the hoteliers:Every single hotel, there shall be at least apermanent room which should be left vacant at all times. No matter how full the hotel is, they are not to sell that room(s) to any guest. It was said that special room? was "reserved" for those "special visitors".So, if you plan to stay in some hotel, always book in advance. Try to avoid walk in. If the receptionist told you there's no more room available, do not insist on it anymore or try to bribe them to give you a room. If you do that, most of the time the room you have will be that "special room".Sometimes those "special visitors" might go to other rooms also, so here's some tips on how to protect yourself:Before entering your room, always knock on the door first, even you know the room is vacant.After you enter the room, if you felt very cold suddenly and have "chicken spore", leave the room quietly immediately and go to reception to request to change room. Most of the time the receptionist will understand what's happening.After you enter the room, immediately switch on all of the lights, and open the curtain to let the sun light in.Before you go to bed, arrange your shoes so that one of them is upside down. Some say this is representing yin & yang to protect you while you're asleep.Always leave at least a lamp on while you're sleeping, preferably the toilet's lamp.

If you're staying alone and they have give you a twin bed, do not sleep with the other bed vacant, try to put your things like luggage on the other bed before you sleep.

Ello, back to post again... Been busy trying to improve the Class blog, but the thing doesnt seem to work after Hiok Yang changed something. Now the music has disappeared... -.= Anyway we had our class gathering (w00t) at Chuo Li's house, which I must say, with all due respect had too many mosquitoes that it could handle. Most people went home with their fair share of mosquito bites. Anyway seeing everyone after so long was a great thing for me. I really miss TNS so much, especially with a class of CANNOT-BE-BOTHERED people from a CANNOT-BE-BOTHERED-ABOUT-PRIMARY-SCHOOL-PEOPLE-AND-WE-ARE-NOW-FREE school... Well, the day started pretty badly, considering that it rained, and worse when we were 'chased' out of the house after we made noise. In my opinion, we weren't that noisy at all.( Come to my class) After a game of Captains Ball and after everyone was reminiscing old days and excahnging phone numbers, we were finally 'welcomed' back into the house to have dinner. Before that, we were upsetting the residents at the Siglap park because we kicked the ball too high, and some of the girls ( you know who you are ) went to go and touch the dogs again -.= Same thing happened during PFT in 2005.It was KFC and Canadian 241 pizza for dinner, which most of us enjoyed. One interesting thing to note that next to the Table Tennis table, there was a wall because the table was outside. There was a cockroach there, who comically only moved one feeler and one leg. We decided to call it Xiao Qiang and the thing was that it stayed there throughout the whole gathering. It did not crawl off the wall and start chasing people around. After dinner, some people hoarded the Table Tennis table, while others went to play card games or just sit around and chat. There were others who went to the computer room to surf for S.H.E and Jay Chou songs and other interesting flash animations. I was really just walking around aimlessly, very bored, until Hiok Yang came to me and said something about my bag, something about it being in a room, but I knew that it was some kind of trap because he was not being himself (See, this is how well we know each other). I knew was going to happen. THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE ME SING UNTITLED -.= in case all of you don't know what happened, Hui Ying had failed in trying to get me to sing to the class the last gathering. Anyway after walking around aimlessly for another 20 minutes, I decided that I would just sastify the small audience in the room la. Because if I don't, I will probably get bombareded the next gathering anyway. So after a few gulps of air, I started singing while Hui Ying played the piano. I can't really remember who was in the room, because I was closing my eyes to try to see the lyrics in my mind. Anyway, I must say I did quite well la, and got the ENCORE and bla bla bla stuff to try to make me sing again...So while I was starting haflway, people tried to barge into the room by banging the door and making a lot of noise...Therefore I obviously stopped singing and held the door. Then there was quite a crowd outside, but I decided that my 'concert' should be only be heard by the select few who had waited the whole gathering for this o.0 Although some people said that I could be heard from the next room, I suspect that it was just a ploy to get into the room. Anyway, there were too many disruptions and then Hui Ying disappeared so there was no more concert...The rest of the gathering was spent either playing TAITI, which I played only 1 match due to a Table Tennis Match with Cherie, singing chinese songs with lyrics from the internet (spent some time here...) or just slacking around and seeing people leave. Well, the more interesting part was the Table Tennis, where Beatrice was standing near Xiao Qiang, but as she was standing near the wall, she thought we called the wall Xiao Qiang. In case you didn't know, 'Qiang' is mandarin for 'wall'. Then I decided to tell her and she screamed as though she had been bitten by a cobra. However I think it was either our bats swinging around or that the mosquitoes had gone to sleep, for I did not see any more mosquitoes (w00t). Well, I guess that's all there is to say, unless you guys got any more to add, tell me.
